CANCELLATIONS & rescheduling

All consultations are $150 and payment will be sent by e-transfer to secure their spot. No appointment will be accepted until the payment has been sent. All e-transfers can be sent to danika.fleming@vanityskinclinic.com

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Clients who fail to notify me within 24 hours or “NO SHOW” will forfeit their $150 payment or will need to pay for the service they were scheduled for.

Vanity Skin Clinic has the right to decline any appointments for those who fail to follow our policies. Thank you for viewing, supporting, and respecting our policy criteria.

TARDINESS & NO SHOWS

We get it, life happens. If you're running behind please call or text the clinic to give us a heads up about your whereabouts! If you arrive 15 minutes later than your original appointment time, Vanity Skin Clinic has the right to cancel your appointment and you will lose your $150 payment. Your late arrival delays client appointments that come after you that day.

PRODUCT RETURNS & REFUNDS

Service Appointments & Gift Cards
Any monies paid towards the purchase of services received or future services are non-refundable. Similarly, any monies paid towards gift cards sold by Vanity Skin Clinic are non-refundable. All unused values may be used towards the purchase of future services or select products.

Products
All products sold through our website, or in-clinic are non-refundable except for the following circumstances or where expressly outlined separately below:

• Within 14 days of purchase, where an individual or collection of products has caused an adverse reaction. This opened product may be returned, upon proof of adverse reaction* (email with a photo and description of the reaction) has been received, and once Vanity Skin Clinic has confirmed that the product(s) can be returned.

• An adverse reaction is an unexpected and dangerous reaction. Redness by itself is not an adverse reaction and is a normal part of new skincare use.

Gift Certificates, Vouchers & Expiration Dates

Gift certificates and vouchers to the Vanity Skin Clinic have no expiry date.
